SelectiveTestPro.com offers a refund policy under the following conditions:
• You may request a refund within seven days of activating your subscription.
• Notify your refund request electronically at contact@selectivetestpro.com.
• Complete and submit a refund application form available on the SelectiveTestPro website by mail. Include details of the card you wish to be credited, as we do not store card details used for the purchase.
• You must not have completed more than five percent (10%) of the multiple-choice questions included in the online test subscription subject to cancellation/refund.
• You must not have initiated more than 2 practice tests in any bundle purchased
• You must not have breached the non-exclusive access license*.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the payment.
• We may not be able to refund the charges of Payment Gateway fees, which can be uptp 5% of total fees paid.
• In cases where multiple charges occurred due to internet or other errors validated by SelectiveTestPro, refunds will be processed within five (5) business working days from the date of validating the transaction error.
